What does "flat fee" actually mean?
One price for the agreed scope, confirmed before work starts. No hourly billing and no monthly retainer required just to have a website built. Our guide on what a small business website actually costs breaks down how this compares to hourly and subscription pricing.
How long does it take?
About a week from the point everything needed to build it is in hand — content, photos, business details, and the deposit. The clock starts when the project is genuinely ready to build rather than at first contact, because gathering content is almost always what takes longest.
Do I own the website afterward?
Yes. The site is built on your domain, using a standard, portable technical foundation — not a proprietary site builder that locks the content to a subscription.
What if I don't have a domain yet?
That's fine. Domain registration and connection are handled as part of the process — tell us in the project form if you already own one, or if you'll need help getting one.
How many revisions do I get?
Each tier includes a defined number of revision rounds, listed above. Additional rounds beyond that can be scoped separately if needed.
What happens if something breaks after launch?
Defects — anything in the agreed scope not working correctly — are fixed free for 30 days after launch. After that, fixes and changes are available anytime, quoted per job, with no retainer required. These are static sites with no database, CMS, or plugins to maintain, so there is very little that can break on its own.
Which tier is right for my business?

Is my existing website too far gone to start from?
Usually not a problem either way. Some projects start from an existing site's content, others start from nothing. Either way works within the same process.
