TruePoint by Azimuth ("TruePoint," "we," "us") operates this website at truepointbyazimuth.com. This page explains what information the site collects and how it's used. It covers this website only.

Information you provide

This site has two forms — the project intake form at /start-a-project/ and the contact form at /contact/. Both only collect what you choose to type into them: things like your name, email address, phone number, business details, and any message content. Nothing is collected from these forms unless you fill them out and submit them.

How submissions are processed

Form submissions are handled using Netlify Forms, a built-in feature of the hosting provider used to run this website. When you submit a form, the information you entered is sent to Netlify's form-handling service and made available to TruePoint so we can respond to you. Netlify acts as the infrastructure that delivers your submission — it is not used for advertising or shared onward for marketing purposes.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not currently use cookies, analytics scripts, or third-party tracking of any kind. If that changes in the future, this page will be updated to accurately reflect it before any such tool goes live.

Do Not Track

This site doesn't track visitors across other websites, so "Do Not Track" browser signals don't have anything to act on here — there's no tracking behavior for a Do Not Track request to turn off.

How information is used

Information submitted through this site is used only to respond to your inquiry and, if relevant, to evaluate and deliver a project. We don't sell submitted information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

How long submissions are kept

Inquiry and project-intake submissions are retained while a project or conversation is active. For a one-time website engagement, once the work is complete, approved, delivered, and paid in full, the related inquiry and intake submissions are kept for 30 more days and then deleted. For Website Care clients, related project and intake submissions may be kept throughout the active care term; when a term ends they are kept for 30 more days — through a renewal if one happens — and deleted if it doesn't.

This applies to inquiry and intake submissions specifically. Business records such as invoices, contracts, and bookkeeping or tax records follow their own separate recordkeeping requirements.

Your choices

You can ask us to review, correct, or delete information you've submitted through this site at any time by emailing privacy@truepointbyazimuth.com.

Changes to this policy

If what this website collects or how it's processed changes, this page will be updated to match — not left to describe an older version of the site.
