Visitor arrival, ticket/event flows, performance or exhibition activity, loading/support, accessibility, and back-of-house routes are mapped against existing connections and the ability to phase improvements over time.
The concept avoids forcing every building into one aesthetic treatment. The project record instead shows how a common circulation and investment framework can make distinct existing structures work as one campus.
