Authority concept · Iron Meridian Industrial Services

A useful price starts with a useful brief.

Area alone is not enough. Two thousand square feet of intact concrete in an open warehouse is not the same scope as two thousand square feet with failed coating, spalls, penetrations, live operations, washdown, or a compressed outage.

Mechanical concrete preparation creating a controlled floor profile.

Before pricing

Collect area/quantity, substrate, condition, existing system, exposure, access, operating constraints, target window, specification status, desired return-to-service timing, and safe photos/drawings.

Before shutdown

Confirm isolation/access readiness, actual quantities, staging, repair sequence, environmental conditions, cure requirements, inspection/hold points, and who authorizes return to service.

Before system selection

Separate owner/specifier exposure requirements from contractor execution. Product/system decisions depend on substrate, service environment, prep, temperature/moisture, traffic, and applicable specifications.

Before upload

Do not send sensitive plant-security information, controlled process details, hazardous-material declarations, credentials, or controlled procurement documents through the public concept form.
